Terms and Service Agreement

1. Contractual Relationship and Consent

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "End User") and Manapparai Sathi. By accessing, downloading, or engaging with our credit management interface, you provide your absolute consent to be governed by the stipulations outlined herein. If any provision within this document is unacceptable to you, your sole remedy is to immediately cease all interactions with the application and remove it from your device.

2. User Qualification and Onboarding

Legal Competence

Our services are exclusively reserved for natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and possess the legal standing to form binding obligations under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Registration Accuracy

To utilize the full suite of financial tools, you must complete the onboarding process using verified and current personal data.

Identity Integrity

Impersonating another individual or creating unauthorized accounts for third parties is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate suspension.

3. Usage Protocols and Security

Access Confidentiality

You are the sole custodian of your account security. This includes maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, PINs, and One-Time Passwords (OTPs).

Presumption of Authorization

Manapparai Sathi shall treat all actions performed through your registered credentials as explicitly authorized by you.

Prohibited Conduct

You pledge not to engage in activities that compromise the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to breach our server security or network architecture.
  • Utilizing the platform for illicit financial activities or money laundering.
  • Modifying, hacking, or attempting to extract the source code of the application.
  • Transmitting malware or harassing our support teams and other users.

4. Proprietary Rights and Licensing

Platform Ownership

The Manapparai Sathi application, including its unique algorithms, UI design, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of our organization.

Usage License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, and personal license to use the app for its intended purpose of credit tracking.

Data Ownership

While you retain ownership of the financial entries you log, you grant us a functional license to process and store this data to facilitate your service experience.

5. Liability Disclaimers

Service Availability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind regarding uptime or total error-free operation.

Non-Advisory Nature

Information provided within the app is for record-keeping only and does not constitute professional financial or legal advice.

Damage Limitation

Under the maximum extent permitted by Indian statutes, we are not liable for incidental financial losses or data corruption arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination and Jurisdictional Law

Right to Amend

We reserve the authority to update these terms. Continued usage after such changes implies your acceptance of the revised contract.

Governance

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively within the courts of India.
